Emily Witters is a native of Littleton, Colorado and attended college at Colorado State University for 2 years before making the move to Nashville in 2011. She transferred to MTSU, majoring in Music Business and quickly found her passion in publishing. During Emily’s final semester at MTSU she interned with Curb Publishing, and Sony ATV Publishing. She was offered a position just a few months into her internship at Sony ATV and upon graduation rose to the position of Creative Assistant helping the creative department with day to day tasks of songwriter management. Emily worked with Sony ATV for three years before accepting a position in 2018 working closely with Hall Of Fame songwriter, Dean Dillon as Creative Director for Dean’s Cabin Publishing. During her time there she played a key role in song placements and collaborations with George Strait, Jon Pardi, Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs and more. In Summer of 2019, Emily accepted a position as Creative Director at Sea Gayle Music Publishing where she continues her passion working with songwriters.
